FOR ALL ORDERS
Please note that it will take Approximately 7 ~ 10 business days from your order date to ship your order, plus transit time. Transit time will vary from one to three business days depending upon your location.


CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation will be accepted only when the order is not in transit. Once the package is shipped, buyer will have to return the package at his/her own shipping expense. Buyer will have to contact our customer service for a Return Authorization number if the order is shipped. OPENED package will not qualify for return.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of the product, No returns or refunds will be accepted at anytime. Exchanges will only be accepted if item is defected or error in shipment. When this occurs, item will be exchanged and shipped at no additional cost. Buyer will have to contact our customer service for exchanged item. No claims on used goods. All defective/damage claims must be claimed within 14 days from invoice date.

We will email the delivery confirmation to buyer after the package is shipped.


SHIPPING METHODS
We are pleased to offer US POSTAL SERVICE delivery within the continental U.S. The average delivery days for the US Priority Mail: 3 business days. Please note that US Priority Mail does not guarantee on delivery days.

We reserve the right to change the shipping carrier.




SALES TAX California resident will be automatically added 9.75% Sales Tax to all orders. If a package destination is in California, 9.75% Sales Tax will be applied, too.


TIME TO PROCESS & SHIP YOUR ORDER
Time to process is the estimated number of business days from order placed. In most cases, we will ship the order to customer when payment transaction is completed. Please take account of following circumstances where this process may be delayed:

1) Please note that we do not ship order to an unmatched address. If the shipping address is not in your credit card file, we won't be able to process your order. It's always better to have the order shipped to your billing address to ensure the order will be processed properly. If your shipping address is not added in your credit card file, please contact your credit card issuer bank for shipping address approval. If not, it may cause additional delay and verification needs.

2) If we need to verify your credit card information, shipment of merchandise will be delayed until verification is completed.

3) We try to fulfill all orders as soon as possible. All back orders will be automatically cancelled.
